英语词源 | ableism 对残疾人的歧视

这是20世纪80年代出现的新词，仿造racism（种族歧视）和sexism（性别歧视）类比构成，用以表示“对残疾人的歧视”。

按照《每日电讯报》（The Daily Telegraph），ableism始见于伦敦哈林杰政务委员会（Haringey Council）发布的一份新闻稿。（参见ageism）
