为贯彻落实中办、国办《关于实施革命文物保护利用工程（2018—2022年）的意见》，国家文物局今年1月15日出台了《革命旧址保护利用导则（2019）》，就展示设施、服务设施提出明确要求。中宣部、财政部、文化和旅游部、国家文物局于今年3月公布《革命文物保护利用片区分县名单（第一批）》。首批公布的这15个革命文物保护利用片区包括井冈山、原中央苏区、湘鄂西、海陆丰、鄂豫皖、琼崖、闽浙赣、湘鄂赣、湘赣、左右江、川陕、陕甘、湘鄂川黔、晋冀豫、苏北片区，涉及20个省110个市645个县。
