一般健身可分为有氧健身(aerobics)、无氧健身(anaerobics)和体操伸展运动(gymnastics)。

常见健身项目

Yoga
瑜伽是一项身体、心理以及精神的练习,从而达到身心和谐统一。Some people do yoga to aid relaxation.有些人做瑜伽来帮助放松。Fly yoga is favored by many young ladies.许多年轻女士喜欢空中瑜伽。

Aerobics
健美操、有氧舞蹈。一般集舞蹈、音乐、娱乐、健身一体。Aerobics is recommended to relax the muscles before a run.建议跑步前做一下健美操来放松一下肌肉。

Chinese fitness dancing/square dancing
广场舞。多是中老年人跳的集体舞,趋向于大众健身操。Chinese fitness dancing is my parents’hobby.跳广场舞是我父母的爱好。

spinnig
时速单骑。spinnig is a common item in the gym.时速单骑是健身室一种常见的健身项目。

常见健身动作

squat
深蹲。Keep practicing squat everyday can buid our lap muscle.每天坚持做深蹲可以锻炼我们的大腿肌肉。

sit-up
仰卧起坐。I do sit-up before going to sleep almost everyday.几乎每天,睡前我都会做仰卧起坐。

其他常见健身动作:plank(平板支撑,类似于俯卧撑的一种肌肉训练法)push-up(俯卧撑)pull-up/chin-up(引体向上)glute bridge(臀桥,起提臀作用)
